Recipe #1 – Boiled Egg Breakfast
Ingredients: ( for #1 – Boiled egg )
1 boiled egg

Step 1) Boil the egg and cut into small pieces. ( note: for 1 – 2 year olds, cut into tiny pieces )..

Recipe #2 – Peas & Egg Scramble
Ingredients: ( for #2 – Peas & Egg Scramble )
1 – egg ( beaten )
1/4 cup – peas
1/2 cup – spinach ( chopped )
1/3 cup – potato ( peeled & chopped )
1 tsp – oil
1/8 tsp – salt
1/4 cup – peas
1/2 cup – spinach ( chopped )
1/3 cup – potato ( peeled & chopped )
1 tsp – oil
1/8 tsp – salt
Spice powders: 1/8 tsp – turmeric powder
1/8 tsp – pepper powder
1/8 tsp – pepper powder
Method:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients
Step 2) Heat a fry pan and pour a tsp of oil
Step 3) Add the chopped potato and cook for 3 minutes
Step 4) Add the peas and cook for 2 minutes
Step 5) Add the spinach and cook until soft
Step 6) Add the egg, stir and cook for 3 minutes
Step 7) Add the salt, pepper, turmeric powder, cook for 20 seconds and turn off the heat ..
Place the peas & egg scramble into a serving bowl and serve when warm ..
Recipe #3 – Egg Muffins
Ingredients: ( for #3 – Egg Muffins )
6 – Eggs
1 – tomato ( finely chopped )
1 tbsp – butter ( melted )
1 tbsp – onion ( finely chopped )
1 cup – spinach ( chopped )
1 – tomato ( finely chopped )
1 tbsp – butter ( melted )
1 tbsp – onion ( finely chopped )
1 cup – spinach ( chopped )
note: ( for ovenless option – make this into tiny

Method:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients
Step 2) Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F and grease the muffin tin with melted butter
Step 3) Into a bowl, add the eggs, melted butter and stir well
Step 4) To this, add the chopped onion, spinach, tomato, salt, pepper and stir for 20 seconds
Step 5) Pour into the muffin tins ( fill half )..
Step 6) Bake at 180C / 350F for 10 minutes or until it doubles in size and the edges look slightly browned..
Once ready, take them out of the oven and immediately remove the egg muffins out of the muffin tray and place on a plate .. Serve when warm ..
note: Let the egg muffins cool down before serving toddlers & kids ..
