Recipe #1 – Simple Cheese omelet
Ingredients: ( for simple cheese omelet )
1 egg
a pinch – salt
1/8 tsp – pepper ( 2 pinches )
1 cheese slice ( tear into pieces )
1 tsp – butter or oil
a pinch – salt
1/8 tsp – pepper ( 2 pinches )
1 cheese slice ( tear into pieces )
1 tsp – butter or oil
Method:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients ..
Step 2) Into a bowl, add the eggs, salt, pepper and whisk..
Step 3) Heat a fry pan and coat with butter ( or oil ) ..
Step 4) Pour the beaten egg and cook until the top looks set..
note: Gently pull the sides inwards for a fluffy omelet..
Step 5) Once the top looks set, place the cheese slices and cook on low heat until the cheese melts ..
Step 6) Once the cheese is melted, take out to a plate ..
Cheese omelet is ready ! .. Serve warm ..
Recipe #2 – Onion Omelet
Ingredients: ( for onion omelet )
1 egg
a pinch – salt
1/8 tsp – pepper ( 2 pinches )
1 tbsp – onion ( finely chopped )
1 tsp – coriander leaves ( chopped )
1 tsp – butter or oil
a pinch – salt
1/8 tsp – pepper ( 2 pinches )
1 tbsp – onion ( finely chopped )
1 tsp – coriander leaves ( chopped )
1 tsp – butter or oil
Method:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients ..
Step 2) Into a bowl, add the eggs, chopped onion, salt, pepper, coriander leaves and whisk well ..
Step 3) Heat a fry pan and coat with butter ( or oil ) ..
Step 4) Pour the beaten egg and cook until the top looks set..

Step 5) Once the top looks set, flip and cook the other side until slightly brown ..
Once brown, take out to a plate and serve warm ..

Ingredients: ( for vegetable omelet )
1 egg

1/4 cup – vegetables chopped ( carrot,peas,beans )
1 tsp – coriander leaves ( chopped )
1 cheese slice ( or a tbsp of cheese shreds )
1 tsp – butter or oil
a pinch – salt
1/8 tsp – pepper ( 2 pinches )
1/4 cup – vegetables chopped ( carrot,peas,beans )
1 tsp – coriander leaves ( chopped )
1 cheese slice ( or a tbsp of cheese shreds )

Method:

Step 7) Flip again, arrange the cheese on top and let the cheese melt on low heat ..
