RECIPE #1 – POTATO MASALA SANDWICH

Ingredients: ( for #1 – potato masala sandwich )

onion – 2 big ( sliced )
boiled potato – 3
oil – 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
dried red chillies – 2
salt to taste
coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
water – 3/4 cup ( 200 ml )
bread ( as needed )
ghee – 1 tbsp

RECIPE #2 – GRILLED BELL PEPPER SANDWICH

Ingredients: ( for #2 – bell pepper sandwich )

onion – 1 ( sliced )
bell pepper (capsicum) – 1 ( chopped )
oil – 1 tbsp
bread – as needed
butter – 1 tbsp
cheese slice – as needed

RECIPE #3 – CUCUMBER SANDWICH

Ingredients: ( for #3 – cucumber sandwich )

cucumber ( slices ) – 10 ( or as needed )
cream cheese – 100 gms ( softened )
butter – 1 tbsp
bread – as needed
salt – as needed
pepper – as needed
mint leaves – as needed

RECIPE #4 – FRUIT SANDWICH

Ingredients: ( for #4 – Fruit Sandwich )

fruits ( any 3 ) – chopped
cream cheese – 100 gms ( softened )
bread – as needed

RECIPE #5 – AVOCADO CHICKPEA SANDWICH

Ingredients: ( for #5 – Avocado chickpea sandwich )

Avocado – 1 or 1/2 cup ( ripe – mashed )
chickpea / chana – 1/2 cup ( drained – canned or boiled )
lemon juice – 1 tbsp
coriander leaves or parsley – 1 tbsp
onion – 1 tbsp ( chopped )
tomato slices – 8 ( small or big )
salt to taste
sandwich bread ( as needed )
