Ingredients : ( Shake #11 – Apricot Mango Nectarine Serves 2 )

Apricot – 4 small (pitted) ( or 3 dried apricots soaked for 3 hours or overnight )
Mango – 1 cup ( peeled & chopped)
Nectarine – 1 big ( pitted ) or 2 small
Milk – 1 serving glass of cold milk
Mango – 1 cup ( peeled & chopped)
Nectarine – 1 big ( pitted ) or 2 small
Milk – 1 serving glass of cold milk
1/4 cup of fig & apricot soaked water – ( for this, soak 2 figs & 2 apricots in 1/4 cup of
water overnight for morning shake or minimum 6 hours for evening shake)

Step 1) Get ready with all the necessary ingredients..
Step 2) Add the chopped apricot, mango, nectarine, fig & apricot soaked water into the blender and blend for a minute.
Step 3) Pour the cold milk into the blender and blend for a minute.
Step 4) Pour into the glasses and enjoy :)…
