Badam (Almond) Kulfi recipe sugarfree


Ingredients: ( for Badam Kulfi / almond popsicle )

Badam ( Almonds ) – 1/3 cup ( or 100 gms ) soaked overnight or 20 minutes in hot water
Dates – 8 ( mejdool) or ( 12 normal dates ) soaked overnight or 10 minutes in warm water
Coconut milk ( or cream ) – 200 ml ( or regular milk )
water – 3/4 cup ( 160 ml )

Method:

Step 1) Into a blender, add soaked almonds, soaked dates along with soaked water and 1/2 cup (100 ml) water. Grind to a paste

Step 2) Pour the ground paste into a sauce pan. Rinse the blender with 1/4 cup water and pour into the sauce pan

Step 3) Bring it to a boil

Step 4) Once it starts boiling, mix for 30 seconds and remove from heat.

Step 5) Pour 200 ml coconut milk ( or cream ). Mix. Let it cool for 20 minutes.
( Coconut milk is for dairy-free option ) ( If you don’t have coconut milk, you can make with regular milk )

Step 6) Pour into kulfi mould ( or popsicle mould ) and freeze for minimum 8 hours or overnight.

Step 7) To eat, thaw the popsicle mould (kulfi mould) under warm running water for 30 seconds and enjoy 😀
