6 Breakfast Muesli for 2+ year toddler, kids & family
Recipe #1 – Fig Coconut Muesli
1/4 cup – fig ( fresh or dried ) finely chopped
1 tbsp – coconut ( fresh / dried / toasted )
3/4 cup – milk
1 tsp – honey
Method:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients

Tips:
- For toddlers, remember to finely chop the fruits, dry fruits and nuts.
- You can also soak the dry fruits ( like dates, figs, apricots ) overnight to make it easily chewable for toddler and kids.
- To toast the oats, preheat the oven to 200C / 400F. Place a cup of oats in a foil/baking dish and toast in the oven until lightly orange ( takes 4 – 5 minutes ).
Alternatively, you can also toast on a stove top until lightly orange. - To toast the coconut, preheat the oven to 200C/ 400F. Place a cup of coconut in a foil/baking tray and toast until lightly golden..( the toasting time depends on quantity used. keep checking every 30 – 40 seconds as they can quickly burn ..).
