Chicken Potato Broccoli Stirfry ( for 2+ Year Toddlers, Kids & Family )

Easy 1-pot chicken stirfry for toddler & family ..


Ingredients:
( for chicken potato broccoli stirfry ) 

200 gms – boneless chicken ( cut into small 1″ pieces )
1 big – potato ( cut into small 1″ pieces )
1 cup – broccoli or beans ( cut into small 1″ pieces )
1 tbsp – oil
1/2 tsp – salt ( or to taste )
Spice powders: ( 1/4 tsp – turmeric powder,
1/8 tsp – chilli powder ( 2 pinch )
1 tsp – coriander powder  )


Method:

Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients

Step 2) Heat a frying pan and pour 1 tbsp of oil

Step 3) Add the potato and fry for 2 minutes on medium-heat

Step 4) Add the broccoli and fry for 1 minute

Step 5) Add the chicken pieces, salt, spice powders ( turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder ) and fry on medium-heat for 10 -12 minutes ( until the chicken looks slightly browned ).. (  check salt and add if needed ) ..

Step 6) Once the chicken looks slightly fried ( browned ), turn off the heat..

Transfer the chicken stirfy onto a serving plate and serve when slightly warm ..

note:
For 2 – 3 Year Toddlers, cut the chicken and vegetable pieces into small pieces and cook.
