Ingredients: ( for dairy-free strawberry pancake )
1 can – coconut milk ( 400ml ) ( tinned or fresh )
1 cup – strawberry ( chopped )
1 cup – wheat flour
2 tbsp – date syrup
oil – 1 tbsp ( any oil.. I used coconut oil )
Method:
Step 1) Make Batter:
- Into a bowl, add wheat flour, coconut milk, strawberry, date syrup and make a thick batter
Step 2) Make Pancake:
- Heat a tawa/skillet or a pancake pan on medium-heat
- Grease the pan with oil
- Pour 1/4 cup batter and cook until bottom turns light golden
- Sprinkle little coconut oil on top
- Flip and cook the otherside until golden.
- Remove to a plate and top with date syrup or pancake syrup.. and enjoy 😀
