Spicy Egg Roast Recipe
South Indian Style spicy Egg Roast recipe ..
Ingredients: ( For Egg Roast )
3 – Big Onion ( sliced )
3 – Big Tomato ( chopped )
5 – Boiled Eggs
1 tsp – chopped ginger ( or paste )
1 sprig – curry leaves
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tsp ( or more if u like :)..
1/4 tsp – Sugar ( optional )
1 Tbsp – Oil
1/2 cup – water
Salt to taste

1/4 tsp – Sugar ( optional )
1 Tbsp – Oil
1/2 cup – water
Salt to taste
Method:
Step 1) Score the boiled eggs
Step 2) Heat a pan and pour the oil
Step 3) Add the chopped ginger and saute for 20 seconds
Step 4) Add the sliced onion, curry leaves and cook until the onion turns soft
Step 5) Add the turmeric powder and cook for 1 minute
Step 6) Add the chopped tomato and cook until soft
Step 7) Add salt, chilli powder and cook for 1 minute
Step 8) Pour water, sugar and bring it to a boil
Step 9) When it boils, place the egg and gently coat the eggs in gravy. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 10) After 5 minutes, gently mix and turn off the heat.
Spicy Egg Roast is ready :)..
