Fish Stew for 11+ months baby / toddler & family ( 1 stew for all :)..
Ingredients: ( For Fish Stew )
1/4 cup – grated pumpkin
1/4 cup – grated cauliflower
1/4 cup – grated swede
1/4 cup – grated potato
1/4 cup – grated cauliflower

100 gms ( or 1 Cup ) – white fish fillet (chopped)
1/4 cup – spring onion / green onion (chopped)
Oil – 2 tsp
salt to taste
1.5 Cups – Water

Spice powders – ( 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp chilli powder,
1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp pepper powder )

Method:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients:
Step 2) Heat a sauce pan and pour 1 tsp oil..
Step 3) Add the spring onion (green onion) and saute for a minute..
Step 4) Add the chopped fish fillet, spice powders, salt and cook for 2 minutes
( on medium-heat)…

Step 5) Add the shredded vegetables and cook on high-heat for a minute..
Step 6) Pour 1.5 Cups of water. Turn the heat on high, stir, cover and bring it to a boil..
Step 7) Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to
medium-low and cook for 20 minutes…
Step 8) After 20 minutes, TURN OFF. Mash the fish pieces into tiny bits..
Note:
- To Serve : Pour 1 cup of fish stew in a small bowl and let it cool down before serving your little-one ..
- To rest of the stew, season with pepper, salt and help yourself 😀 ..
