Shake #4 – Banana Avocado soaked-figs Milkshake ( 365 days of guilt-free shakes )
Ingredients: ( Serves 2)

Avocado – half
Banana – 1
1 (serving) glass of milk
dried figs – 2 (soaked overnight or 4-5 hours in 1/4 cup of water)
note–> the dried figs are optional but adds a rich flavour
How to:

Step 1) : Rinse and soak 2 figs in 1/4 cup of water
tip -> (soak overnight for morning shake or soak 4 – 5 hours(day) for evening shake)
Step 2) Add the banana, avocado and soaked figs into the blender
Step 3) Pulse 3-4 times and blend on high for 30 seconds
Step 4) Pour the cold milk into the blender and blend for 30 seconds
Step 5) Pour into the glasses and enjoy :)…
