Shake #3 – Strawberry Watermelon Banana Milkshake ( 365 days of guilt-free shakes )
Ingredients ( Serves 2)

Strawberries -10 (big & medium)
Watermelon – (2 cups of pieces)
Banana – 1
1 (serving) glass of milk
dried figs – 2 (soaked overnight or 4-5 hours in 1/4 cup of water)
note–> the dried figs are optional but adds a rich flavor
How to:

Step 1) : Rinse and soak 2 figs in 1/4 cup of water
tip -> (soak overnight for morning shake or soak 4 – 5 hours(day) for evening shake)
Step 2) Add the strawberries and watermelon pieces into the blender
Step 3) Add the banana pieces
Step 4) Add soaked figs (along with the soaked water)
Step 5) Pulse 3-4 times and blend on high for 30 seconds
Step 6) Pour the cold milk into the blender and blend for 30 seconds
Step 7) Pour into glasses and enjoy …

Tip –> top with some ice cubes for a perfect summer shake…
