Shake #5 – Pomegranate  Banana  Avocado  ( 365 days of guilt-free shakes )

 

Ingredients:      ( Serves 2)

Pomegranate – 1/2
Avocado – half (of small)
Banana – 1 (ripe)
Almonds – 10 (soaked overnight or few hours)
Milk – 1 serving glass
water – 1/4 cup
1/4 cup – fig&apricot soaked water (for this soak 2 figs & 2 apricots
in 1/4 cup water – soak overnight or minimum 6 hours)

 

How to:

Step 1)  : Rinse and soak 2 figs & 2 apricots in 1/4 cup of water
tip -> (soak overnight for morning shake or soak 4 – 5 hours(day) for evening shake)

Step 2) Add the pomegranate, almonds, 1/4 cup of water into the blender and blend for a minute. (optional – filter this after grinding if you want a smooth shake)…

Step 3) To this add avocado, banana, fig&apricot soaked water and blend on high for 30 seconds…

Step 4) Pour the cold milk into the blender and blend for a minute.

Step 5) Pour into the glasses and enjoy :)…
