Ingredients: ( for chicken tikka pizza recipe – no yeast – no oven )
For Pizza dough:

All purpose flour (maida) – 1 cup ( or 300 gms )
yogurt (curd) – 1/2 cup ( or 100 gms )
baking powder – 1 tsp ( or use baking soda )
salt – 1/4 tsp
oil – 2 tsp
water (as needed)
Masala ( for chicken tikka ):

boneless chicken cut – 300 gms ( or use 1 boneless chicken breast )
oil – 1/4 cup ( or 60 ml )
salt – 1 tsp
lemon juice – 2 tsp
ginger garlic paste – half tsp
coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped)
turmeric powder – half tsp
coriander powder – 2 tsp
chilli powder – 1 tsp
pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
For pizza sauce:

oil – 2 tsp
onion – 1 ( chopped fine )
garlic – 1 ( chopped fine )
tomato – 2 ( chopped )
dried herbs ( oregano or parsley ) – half tsp
salt – 1/4 tsp
tomato sauce or ketchup – 1 tbsp
Pizza Toppings: ( use what you like 🙂

onion ( chopped or sliced )
capsicum ( bell pepper / shimla mirch )
tomato slices
fresh chilli ( chopped ) or use dried red chilli flakes
cheese ( pizza cheese or mozzarella cheese )
Method:
Step 1) Make the pizza dough:
- Into a bowl, add the flour, baking powder or baking soda, salt and mix
- Add little water at a time and make a soft dough
- Sprinkle flour onto a surface and knead the dough for 2 minutes. make a soft dough
- Add to a bowl. coat with 2 tsp oil. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes
Step 2) Marinate the chicken & fry:
- Into a bowl, add the cut chicken pieces ( small cuts or cubes ).
- Add salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, turmeric powder,
chilli powder, pepper powder, cumin, coriander powder and mix. coat well - Heat a fry pan. pour oil and fry the chicken pieces for 10 – 15 minutes on medium-heat until dry. turn off the heat.
Step 3) Make the pizza sauce:
- Heat a sauce pan. Pour 2 tsp oil
- Add garlic, onion and cook for 1 minute
- Add tomato, cover and cook until soft (takes 3 – 5 minutes)
- Add salt, dried herbs (oregano or parsley), tomato sauce or ketchup and mix well.
- Cook until thick. turn off the heat.
Step 4) Get ready with all the toppings (you like to add for the pizza)
Step 5) Roll the pizza dough according to the size of the pan you will be using to cook the pizza. Roll into 1/4 inch thick.
Step 6) Cook pizza:
- Heat the pan (to cook the pizza) on high heat for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Coat with 2 tsp oil.
( note: I used a cast iron pan to cook this pizza. For tips to use cast iron, please see the video ) - Place the pizza base and cook bottom side for 2 minutes or until brown ( on VERY LOW HEAT )
- Flip and start assembling the pizza ( in the pan.. remember to keep heat on VERY LOW )
- Spread pizza sauce, add cheese, add fried chicken, capsicum (bell pepper), onion, chilli chopped or dried red chilli flakes, some more cheese.
- Cover and cook on VERY LOW HEAT for 5 minutes ( or until cheese melts )
Pizza ready.. remove from pan.. cut & enjoy 😀
Tips:
To bake in oven: Bake at 200 C or 375 F preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese melts.
