3 Scrambled Egg ( Breakfast recipes ) for toddlers & kids


RECIPE #1 – Fluffy Scrambled Egg

Ingredients: ( for #1 – Fluffy scrambled egg )

2 eggs
pinch – salt
pinch pepper
1 tsp – butter or ghee

Method:

Step 1) Beat egg, salt and pepper

Step 2) Heat pan, add ghee or butter

Step 3) Pour beaten egg and slowly pull the sides in and cook until the egg is firm (watch the video for this step 🙂

Step 4) Break the egg into small pieces and cook for 1 more minute

Step 5) Turn off heat and remove onto a plate

RECIPE #2 – Peas & Egg Scramble

Ingredients: ( for #2 – Peas & Egg Scramble )
1 egg
1/4 cup – peas
1/2 cup – spinach (chopped)
1/3 cup – potato (peeled & chopped)
1 tsp – oil
1/8 tsp – salt
1/8 tsp – pepper
1/8 tsp – turmeric powder

Method:

Step 1) Heat pan and pour oil or ghee

Step 2) Add the chopped potato and cook for 3 minutes

Step 3) Add the peas and cook for 3 minutes

Step 4) Add the chopped spinach and cook for 2 minutes

Step 5) Add salt, pepper, turmeric powder and mix

Step 6) Pour beaten egg and scramble.. cook until firm and takeout to a plate

RECIPE #3 – Tomato Egg Scramble

Ingredients: ( for #3 – Tomato Egg Scramble )
1 egg
pinch – salt
pinch – pepper
pinch – turmeric powder
1 tsp – coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tsp – oil or ghee
1 tbsp – onion ( finely chopped )
1 medium – tomato (finely chopped)

Method:

Step 1) Into a bowl, add egg, salt, pepper, turmeric powder and coriander leaves.. Beat well and keep aside

Step 2) Heat a pan and pour oil or ghee

Step 3) Add chopped onion and cook until soft

Step 4) Add chopped tomato and cook until soft

Step 5) Add the egg mixture and scramble for 3 minutes until firm. Remove to a plate and Serve when warm.
